TPO waterproof membrane combines the performance advantages of EPDM and PVC, possessing the former's weather resistance and low-temperature flexibility, and the latter's weldability. Unlike traditional plastics, this material exhibits the high elasticity of rubber at room temperature, while remaining moldable like plastic at high temperatures. Therefore, it has excellent processability and mechanical properties, as well as high strength. Adding a layer of polyester fiber fabric between two layers of TPO material enhances its physical properties, improving its tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance. In practical applications, this product features anti-aging properties, high tensile strength, high elongation, applicability to damp roofs, no need for a protective layer when exposed, convenient construction, and no pollution, making it ideal as a waterproof layer for lightweight, energy-efficient roofs.
