FS-102 fluorosilicone modified heat-reflective and waterproof coating is composed of hollow glass microspheres, ceramic microspheres, and infrared emitting dispersions as the main heat-insulating fillers, combined with inorganic modified resin emulsion. This coating integrates reflection, radiation, and hollow microsphere heat insulation functions. It reflects solar infrared and ultraviolet rays in the 400–2500nm range, preventing the accumulation of solar heat. It also allows for heat radiation cooling on cloudy days and at night, lowering the surface temperature of objects. Simultaneously, the inclusion of low thermal conductivity hollow microspheres in the coating insulates against heat transfer, preventing external heat from conducting to the interior of objects even at high atmospheric temperatures. These three functions ensure cooling of the coated object and maintain a stable internal temperature. The coating also exhibits excellent anti-fouling and weather-resistant properties, with a solar heat reflectivity exceeding 90%. It rapidly dissipates accumulated heat, reducing the temperature of metal roofs by 15°C–30°C and the surface temperature of spherical tanks or storage tanks by 15°C–35°C.

Features

It forms a dense vacuum layer on the substrate surface, which has many advantages such as heat insulation, thin coating, decoration, waterproofing, fireproofing, corrosion resistance, insulation, and stain resistance.

Scope of application

Factory roofs, warehouse roofs, building exteriors, chemical storage tanks, petrochemical storage tanks, pharmaceutical storage tanks, transportation equipment, marine equipment, textile equipment, and other building and equipment surfaces that require sunlight reflection and heat insulation.

Precautions

1. Construction should be carried out when the air temperature is between 5℃ and 35℃. Construction is not recommended on surfaces with standing water, and for exposed projects, construction should not be carried out on windy or rainy days.

2. Recommended dosage: not less than 0.5 kg/m².

3. To ensure the longevity of the insulation effect, apply a coat of silicone-modified pure acrylic heat-reflective insulation coating topcoat after construction.

4. Original sealing products should be stored in a dry, cool environment at a temperature above 0℃. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of one year.

5. This product is not a flammable or explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, prevent exposure to direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
