(HDPE) non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing roll is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets, polymer strong reactive self-adhesive membrane and special isolation membrane protective layer. It is a multi-layer composite waterproofing material with superior performance specially developed for underground engineering parts that require pre-laying construction.

The material has good tensile and tear strength and is a new type of waterproofing material that achieves excellent "rigidity and flexibility" and "skin-like bonding" performance in underground engineering.

Under the action of pressure, the polymer self-adhesive membrane and the uncured cement slurry in the concrete permeate the anti-adhesive layer in opposite directions through creeping, forming effective interpenetrating bonding and giant intermolecular forces. After the concrete solidifies, the gap between the polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing roll and the main structure is permanently sealed to the maximum extent, completely eliminating the water channel.

Advantages

1. Manual trampling will not pollute the coil: high-strength plastic substrate is used, which has strong anti-puncture ability.

2. Anti-groundwater immersion: the coil does not contain plasticizers and other migrating components, and has excellent performance in water resistance.

Transportation And Storage

1. Products of different specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed;

2. The height of the coiled material should not exceed five layers when laid flat, and single layer when stacked cubically

3. Avoid sun and rain, and pay attention to ventilation.

4. Prevent tilting and side pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary.

5. The storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.
