FS-103 silicone-modified styrene-butadiene super water-resistant waterproof coating is made of high-quality water-resistant and weather-resistant silicone-modified styrene-butadiene emulsion as the main component, supplemented with imported additives. After cross-coating, it will form a water-resistant film on the substrate surface. During long-term immersion in water, the film will not absorb water and swell, change color, or bubble and peel off, thus playing a long-term waterproof role.

Scope of application

1. Swimming pools, fire pools, drinking water pools, fish ponds, and landscape ponds-environments that are constantly submerged in water.

2. Indoor and outdoor cement concrete structures and mortar brick and stone structures for walls and floors.

Precautions

1. The air temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃ for application. Do not apply to surfaces with standing water. Avoid application to exposed projects during strong winds or rainy days.

2. For areas that have been submerged in water for a long time, allow them to dry for at least 7 days before re-immersing them in water. Extend the drying time in humid or low-temperature environments.

3. Do not apply a single coat too thickly, especially around pipe openings and corners, to prevent excessive drying time.

4. Maintain a well-ventilated environment after application to facilitate rapid drying and curing of the waterproof layer.

5. Unused paint can be sealed with the cap back on; this will not affect product quality.

6. Store the original sealed product in a dry, cool environment at a temperature above 0℃. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of one year.

7. This product is not flammable or explosive and can be transported as general cargo. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and freezing temperatures during transportation.

Step 1	Base surface treatment	The substrate must be firm, flat, free of dust, loose sand, and oil stains. And other debris.
Step2	Repairing cracks	If the substrate has defects such as pores or cracks, it must be repaired with a sealant beforehand. Smooth the surface, lay polyester fabric at expansion joints, and remove any loose concrete around pipe roots. Remove the soil and fill it with a sealant to create a water-stop ring.
Step3	Dosage	Under normal circumstances, the dosage is 2.0~2.5 kg/m², but the actual dosage depends on the intended use. The factors such as the application location, the roughness of the substrate, and environmental factors determine the outcome.
Step4	Treatment of inside and outside corners	The inside and outside corners should be rounded (or V-shaped) to ensure the base surface is clean. Sturdy.
Step5	Construction can proceed after drying.	Newly poured concrete surfaces (including plastered surfaces) should be allowed to rest before construction. Construction should only begin after the material has completely dried.
