Rede Spray Quick-setting Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating

Spray-applied rapid-setting rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating is a two-component, high-performance waterproofing material consisting of Component A, composed of anionic modified emulsified asphalt and synthetic polymer, and Component B, a special curing agent. After mixing the two components using specialized spraying equipment, the coating instantly breaks down into a film within 3-5 seconds, forming a continuous, dense, elastic waterproof coating. This water-based emulsion is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and suitable for a wide range of building waterproofing projects.

 

Fast Application: The film forms in 3-5 seconds, allowing mechanized construction to cover over 1,000 square meters per day. It can be applied on damp surfaces, significantly reducing construction time.
Strong Waterproofing: The seamless, integral film prevents water seepage, boasts an elongation of ≥1,000%, resists cracking, and self-heals after puncture.
Environmentally Friendly: Water-based, solvent-free, and near-zero VOC, it can be applied at room temperature without open flames, meeting green building standards.

A combination of mechanized spraying and manual application makes it suitable for specialized locations such as tunnel vaults and confined spaces.
It can be combined with self-adhesive membranes to create an "integrated membrane" waterproofing system with a bond strength of ≥2.0 N/mm.

Seamless, one-piece membrane formation eliminates the risk of water leakage.
Thickness uniformity is precisely controlled by machine pressure, with a minimum thickness ≥90% of the designed value.

Transport: Pack components separately to prevent leakage. Handle with care to prevent damage. Store in winter (≥0°C) and shade from sunlight in summer (≤35°C). Do not mix with hazardous materials. Clean any leaks promptly. Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated place (temperature 5-35°C, humidity ≤80%), away from heat sources and at a low temperature. Store in drums 10cm above the ground and 30cm from walls. Stack ≤4 layers per stack. Shelf life 6 months, first come, first served.
