GP - CIC Cement - based Penetrating Crystalline Waterproof Coating

Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating is a powdery rigid waterproof material made through a special process. It uses special cement as the base material, and is formulated with a variety of high-quality additives and fillers, etc., and incorporates a variety of active chemical substances. After reacting with water, the active chemical substances contained in the material penetrate into the concrete through water as a carrier, and form crystals that are insoluble in water within the concrete, blocking the capillary pores inside the concrete. As a result, the concrete becomes dense, achieving the goal of long-term waterproofing.

Application Scope

● Indoor and outdoor concrete structures, cement-plastered bottoms, and brick wall structures;

● Foundations of buildings such as basements, tunnels, and mines;

● Kitchens and bathrooms.

Product Feature

● It can be constructed on a damp base surface and can be used for waterproofing on both the water-facing side and the back side.
● It has a strong adhesive force. The active ingredients in the slurry can penetrate into the capillary pores and micro-cracks within the cement-based body and undergo a chemical reaction to form a dense crystalline waterproof layer.
● It has good air permeability, keeping the base surface dry.

Reference Dosage and Packaging Specification

The recommended dosage for a 1.0mm thick coating is 1.6 - 1.8 kg/m². The packaging specification of this product is 20 kg per barrel.

Matters Needing Attention

●The construction temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃, and the mixed slurry should be used up within 20 minutes.

●After the coating is cured, it is necessary to prevent the coating from being bumped by sharp hard objects. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
