GP-K11 FK11 Flexible Waterproof Coating

The K11 flexible waterproof coating is a two-component high-molecular polymer high-elastic flexible waterproof coating. After the powder material is mixed with the additive and applied by scraping, it forms a flexible waterproof membrane. It has good adhesion to the concrete and mortar base layers and can form a tight, firm and long-lasting bond with them.

Product Characteristic

● Excellent flexibility and can withstand slight vibrations of buildings and micro-cracks caused by various reasons.

● Outstanding waterproof performance, it can be used for waterproofing on both the water-facing side and the back side.

● It can be constructed on a damp base surface and has good weather resistance and anti-aging properties.

Application Scope

● Substrates composed of concrete, brick masonry, pre-cast elements, and lightweight bricks.

● The walls, floors or roofs of buildings, such as tunnels, bridges, basements, kitchens and bathrooms, balconies, swimming pools, water storage tanks, etc.

● Building structures where slight vibrations and cracks may occur, such as around pipe openings, the interfaces of post-cast strips, etc.

Matters Needing Attention

● In places where the air is extremely humid and not well-ventilated, such as sealed water tanks or basements, ventilation equipment should be used to accelerate the drying and solidification of the waterproof coating.
● This product should be used at a temperature between 5℃and 40℃. Outdoor construction is not allowed on rainy days.

Package and Storage

● Packaging: 5kg per bucket, 10kg per bucket, 20kg per bucket.

● The storage period for unopened products in a cool and dry place is 12 months.
