GP-CWM Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar
Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar is formulated by uniformly mixing synthetic polymer powders, polymer emulsions, portland cement, fine sand, and various additives. When mixed with water, it forms a polymer cement mortar. Applying this mortar to a waterproof base layer creates a coating film, achieving a waterproof effect.
Product Features
Its performance falls between rigid penetrating crystalline coatings and flexible JS coatings, combining the advantages of both. It is suitable for both positive (water-facing) and negative (water-backing) sides.
Type I products can be directly applied to concrete bedding mortar layers, eliminating the need for a leveling layer or protective layer. This reduces comprehensive costs and shortens the construction period.
The product is non-combustible and safe.
It can serve as a waterproof layer on the negative side (indoor), speeding up construction progress. It also solves the problem of retrofitting waterproof layers on exterior walls or under floor slabs for existing buildings with leakage issues.
Type J products (one-component) are pre-mixed in the factory using specialized equipment, ensuring more uniform and precise mixing than on-site two-component coatings. This improves quality control.
One-component formulations are more convenient for transportation.
It offers excellent waterproofing, high bond strength, and outstanding impermeability.
It can be applied to damp substrates, making it ideal for basements, civil air defense projects, etc.
It can also be used for bonding granite, marble, general stone materials, and ceramic tiles.

This product adheres to the standard JC/T 984–2011 Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar.
Product Classification
By component: Divided into two categories: single-component (Type S) and two-component (Type D).
Single-component (Type S): Formulated with cement, fine aggregate, polymer powder, and additives.
Two-component (Type D): Composed of a powder phase (cement, fine aggregate, etc.) and a liquid phase (polymer emulsion, additives, etc.).
By physical and mechanical properties: Classified into Type I and Type II.
