1. Construction preparation: base treatment and cleaning → construction of additional waterproof layer for details → large surface film waterproof layer → end and edge sealing → quality inspection and acceptance → construction of protection and isolation layer.
2. Base treatment: The waterproof base should be flat, solid, dry, without sharp bumps, honeycombs, pockmarks and peeling, and without oil stains. The cracks, base deformation joints, and grooves left by the pipe roots should be filled with sealing materials and additional waterproof treatment should be done. For flat and solid bases, no base treatment agent is required.
3. Additional waterproof layer: The foundation details such as the corners, pipe roots, and deformation joints should first be constructed with additional waterproof layers. Use Class II products and apply 2-4 times (thickness of about 1mm). If the carcass reinforcement material needs to be sandwiched, it must be immersed. A layer of polyester non-woven fabric should be added to the horizontal deformation joints to form an additional waterproof layer, and the structure should be laid empty.
4. Construction of large-surface waterproof coating: It can be applied by rolling brush, brushing, scraping brush or spraying. It is advisable to apply it in 2-3 times, or once. When applying in multiple times, the first coating should be fully cured until it is basically non-sticky to the touch before applying the second coat. Generally, the interval is 24 hours. The second coat should be perpendicular to the first coating direction. If the carcass reinforcement material needs to be laid, the coating should be applied while laying the reinforcement material. The amount of coating used is: about 1.2-1.4kg/㎡ for a 1mm thick coating (generally about 2.04kg/㎡ for 1.5mm).
5. Sealing treatment of ends and edges: Apply waterproof coating for sealing.
6. Construction of protective isolation layer: After the coating waterproof layer is finally completed and accepted by quality inspection (water-tightening test if necessary), the protective isolation layer shall be constructed according to relevant specifications or design requirements.
