Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating
Compositions used to form waterproof layers are usually in the form of dry mortar mixtures, which have complex effects. They help to improve the structure of the concrete surface and increase the waterproof properties of the overall coating. This insulating coating, which is only 2-4 mm thick, can withstand a hydrostatic pressure of 8-12 MPa 10 days after its formation.

Advantages
1. Bond strength ensures excellent adhesion.
2. Improves substrate resistance to de-icing salts.
3. No mixing water required, liquid copolymer triggers a special mix of cement, fillers and admixtures.
4. Excellent abrasion resistance.
5. No batching required, factory proportioning unit ensures consistent composition and high quality. Non-flammable; low odor.
6. Easy to apply to clean, sound substrates.
Working Recommendations
1. Remove old peeling coatings, dirt, oil stains from the working base (walls, floors, foundations) of horizontal or vertical type, and then remove dust, as waterproofing materials will not adhere to them.
2. Wet the surface with ordinary water. While the ceiling is drying, prepare the solution according to the manufacturer's instructions, mixing the composition with the required components (if necessary). Apply the working solution to the prepared base surface, spread it evenly, smooth it. After two or three days, the second coat can be applied, but the first coat must be kept always wet. Next, apply the third coat using the "wet" construction method, that is, the surface to be sprayed must be wet.
3. The consumption of the composition will vary, depending on the thickness of the applied layer and the composition of the individual waterproofing layers. On average, 3–4 kg of flexible material and 5–7 kg of rigid waterproofing material are required for 1 square meter m. The thickness of each layer should not be too large, otherwise the composition will crack. Usually 1 layer does not exceed 2–3 mm.
If cracks form on the surface, it is necessary to remove the problem area and reapply the composition.
Transportation And Storage
1. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and the storage temperature of the liquid component is 5-40℃.
2. The product has a storage period of 6 months from the date of production under normal transportation and storage conditions.
Application Areas
1. Used in wet areas such as basement construction, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
2. Used as roofs, terraces, balconies, platforms, lawn decks, etc.
3. Used as pools and water storage facilities.
4. Used as underground reservoirs and underground industrial structures.
