GP-JS JS Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating

The polymer cement waterproof coating is a two-component waterproof coating compounded from organic liquid materials and inorganic powder materials. It has the dual characteristics of high elasticity of organic materials and good durability of inorganic materials. After being applied to form a coating, it can create a high-strength and tough waterproof film.

Product Classification

●It is classified into Type I, Type II and Type III according to physical properties.
●Type I is suitable for projects with a relatively large amount of movement, while Type II and Type III are suitable for substrates with a relatively small amount of movement.

Product Characteristic

● It can be constructed on either a damp or dry base layer, and there will be no flowing down on vertical surfaces.

● The coating layer features high strength and toughness, excellent water resistance, weather resistance and durability.

● The coating layer has certain air permeability, so even if the base layer is damp, the waterproof layer will not bulge.

Application Scope

Waterproofing, anti-seepage and moisture-proofing for projects such as kitchens and bathrooms, floor slabs, balconies, etc.

Matter Needing Attention

● During construction, the air temperature must be higher than 5℃. It is not advisable to carry out construction in rainy weather or when there is standing water on the base layer.
● The surface decoration construction can only be carried out after the waterproof coating film is completely dry. The approximate time for complete drying is about 7 days, and it should be appropriately extended in a humid environment.
● For the parts of the vertical inside and outside corners in toilets and bathrooms that are not made into arc shapes, in areas with low temperatures and dry air, it is advisable to select Type I products.
● The water-blocking test should be carried out after 7 days, and it should be moderately extended in special environments.
● In places where the air is extremely humid and not ventilated, such as sealed water tanks or basements, ventilation equipment should be used to accelerate the drying and solidification of the waterproof coating.

Package and Storage

● Two components: 5kg per bucket, 10kg per bucket, 20kg per bucket.

● The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place. The storage temperature for the liquid component is between 5℃ and 40℃.

● From the date of production, the product has a storage period of six months under normal transportation and storage conditions.
