Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant Coating

 GP-VF High-viscosity Anti-slip Polymer Modified Bitumen Waterproof Coating is a one-component water-based waterproof coating made from high-quality emulsified asphalt and high-molecular modifiers through interpenetrating network, core-shell particle, self-crosslinking and nano-modification technologies.
 The product is fine, of high quality and stable in quality. After curing, it features high bonding strength and large elongation, and is especially suitable for composite systems with rolls, used for side wall waterproofing and vertical wall waterproofing of buildings.

●Single-component, ready to use upon opening the lid, convenient for construction; no heating required, can be applied by brushing or spraying, normal temperature construction, with an average daily completion area of over 1500 square meters using ordinary spraying equipment.

●High bonding strength between the coating and the base layer, and between the coating and the roll, strong anti-slip risk on vertical surfaces.

●Fast drying speed, with a full dry time of ≤ 4 hours, allowing for quick application and significantly reducing construction downtime.

●Good storage stability, no emulsion breaking, no sedimentation or caking.

●High bonding strength and good adhesion. After drying, it remains sticky and can form a seamless coating + roll "golden wall" composite waterproof system with the roll.

●Strong adaptability to the base layer. It can be applied on both dry and wet base layers without damaging the waterproof layer due to base layer displacement, ensuring the building structure remains in a perfect sealed waterproof state.

●Suitable for large-scale vertical spraying and roll composite construction.

●Suitable for reinforcing complex vertical parts, such as pipe roots and construction joints.

●Suitable for waterproofing of underground and concrete roof projects in industrial and civil buildings. When used in combination with self-adhesive rolls or hot-melt rolls, it forms a "golden wall" composite waterproof system.

The theoretical usage for a 1.0mm thick coating is approximately 1.8 kg/m².

●Do not add water to the coating for dilution.

●The construction temperature is preferably between 5℃ and 35℃. Construction is not allowed when the temperature is below 0℃ or during rainy days (including when it is expected to rain within 6 hours after construction).

●The interval between two applications of the coating should not exceed 24 hours. Do not add water to the coating for dilution.

●This product is packaged in plastic drums, 50kg per drum.

●The product should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature range of 5-40℃. In summer, avoid direct sunlight and rain, and ensure good ventilation. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production.
