Quick reaction adhesive strong cross membrane self-adhesive waterproofing membrane,the main material is reactive adhesive add cross-laminated film.The binder contains active components for penetrating reaction and modify asphalt,it has good compatibility with asphalt, and has hydrophilic active groups. It can not only penetrate into the surface of concrete, but also react with silicate to form chemical cross-links, forming a firm and irreversible interface sealing reaction layer on the concrete base layer,to prevent water leakage.
The cross-film material is a specially designed 45-degree obliquely laminated high-density polyethylene film and a cross-laminated composite multi-layer film structure with high dimensional stability, thermal stability, bidirectional tear resistance, high strength and high ductility.
Quick-reaction strong cross-film self-adhesive waterproofing membrane (single-sided adhesive) is an isolation membrane on one side and a cross-laminated membrane on the other side, with a reactive adhesive in the middle.
Quick-reaction strong cross-film self-adhesive waterproofing membrane (double-sided adhesive) is a double-sided covered with isolation films on both sides and cross-laminated films sandwiched between reactive adhesive materials.
Product Features
●Super strong bonding force: The self-developed reactive adhesive can react and bond with the base layer through the synergistic effect of chemical cross-linking and physical mortise and tenon. The bonding is firm, durable and irreversible, and the bonding strength is much greater than that of physically bonded coils.
●Excellent self-healing property: The elastic creep of the self-adhesive layer makes it have excellent self-healing and local water-locking properties. The self-healing property can effectively resist the impact of the waterproof material being punctured by sharp objects and heavy objects falling during the construction process; the local water-locking property can effectively prevent water from leaking from the base layer;
●Excellent physical properties: high tensile strength, large elongation, strong applicability to base expansion and contraction and cracking deformation;
●Excellent construction performance: Innovative construction method selection: Wet laying method is used for construction, which saves energy and materials, reacts and bonds with cement gel to form an interface sealing layer, thereby preventing water leakage; it has low requirements for the base layer and is particularly suitable for projects with tight deadlines.

Application Scope
Used for waterproofing of non-exposed roofs, underground waterproof projects, and open-cut subways, tunnels, pools, canals and other projects. It is especially suitable for projects where open flames are not allowed. It uses cement mortar to bond to the base layer, and self-adhesive overlap is recommended between the rolls.
