Modified Asphalt Waterproof Membrane Fiber-reinforced Polymer Reactive Adhesive

Fiber-reinforced polymer reactive waterproofing membrane is a reactive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane suitable for wet-laying construction, with polymer materials as the base, double-coated with self-adhesive modified asphalt, the lower surface coated with silicone isolation paper or silicone isolation paper, and the upper surface coated with high-strength acrylic non-woven fabric as the covering material.

Advantages

● Good bonding strength and high tear resistance:

● Non-woven fabric has good friction. The product can be directly decorated after construction (such as pasting tiles, floor tiles, mosaics, and applying cement slurry)

● Self-healing, no water leakage, and soft water management;

● The material strongly penetrates the base layer, and the hydrophilic molecular chain segments have high strength and high "bite" with the base layer.

Transportation And Storage

1. During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed.

2. Avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and stay away from fire sources.

3. The storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃. The stacking height should not exceed five layers when the rolls are stored flat, and single-layer stacking when stored upright.

4. Prevent tilting or horizontal pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary.

Application Areas

1. Fiber-reinforced polymer reactive adhesive is used for non-exposed waterproof projects.

2. Use cement slurry or cement mortar to bond with the concrete base, and self-adhesive overlap should be used between the rolls.
