GP-MBS/MBA Elastomer(SBS), Plastomer(APP) and Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Membranes
Ruide Brand Elastomer Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Membrane is a type of waterproofing membrane made using long-fiber polyester felt, fiberglass felt, or fiberglass-reinforced polyester felt as the base material. It is coated with styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer-modified asphalt and surfaced with fine sand, mineral granules (or flakes), or a PE film.
Ruide Brand Plastomer Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Membrane is a type of waterproofing membrane made using polyester felt, fiberglass felt, or fiberglass-reinforced polyester felt as the base material. It is coated with atactic polypropylene (APP), amorphous polyalphaolefin (APAO), or polyolefin polymer (APO)-modified asphalt and surfaced with fine sand, mineral granules (or flakes), or a PE film.

Product Classification
•By Base Material: Polyester felt (PY), Fiberglass felt (G), Fiberglass-reinforced polyester felt (PYG).
•By Top Surface Isolation Material: Polyethylene film (PE), Fine sand (S), Mineral granules (M).
•By Bottom Surface Isolation Material: Fine sand (S), Polyethylene film (PE).
•By Material Performance: Type I and Type II.
Product Features
•Strong Impermeability: Excellent water resistance, high tensile strength, large elongation, and good dimensional stability, with strong adaptability to substrate shrinkage, deformation, and cracking.
•Temperature Resistance: Superior high and low-temperature performance. Elastomer (SBS) is suitable for building waterproofing in lower temperature environments, while plastomer (APP) is suitable for higher temperature environments.
•Durability: Resistant to puncturing, abrasion, tearing, corrosion, mold, and weathering.
•Ease of Construction: Convenient application using the hot-melt method.
Application Scope
This product is suitable for waterproofing, anti-seepage, and moisture-proofing in industrial and civil construction projects, including roofs, basements, bathrooms, roads, bridges, tunnels, grain storage facilities, parking lots, swimming pools, artificial lakes, anti-seepage channels, cabins, rooftop gardens, urban landscaping, and more. It is also ideal for the maintenance of asphalt-based roofing systems. SBS-modified asphalt waterproofing membranes are particularly suitable for building waterproofing in cold regions and areas with frequent structural deformation, while APP-modified asphalt waterproofing membranes are better suited for building waterproofing in high-temperature regions or intense solar radiation.
