High Polymer Self Adhesive Waterproof Membrane

 RUIDE Brand Self-adhesive Polymer-modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane (PY Class) is a self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen polyester-reinforced waterproofing roll material. It uses long-fiber polyester felt as the reinforcement layer, tackified polymer-modified bitumen as the coating material, with a polyethylene film, fine sand, or release film as the upper surface isolation layer, and a silicone-coated release film as the lower surface anti-adhesive layer.

 RUIDE Brand Self-adhesive Polymer-modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane (N Class) is a self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen non-reinforced waterproofing roll material. It uses SBS synthetic rubber, premium-grade road bitumen, and tackifiers as the base material, with a polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), or silicone-coated release film as the upper surface material, and a silicone-coated release film as the lower surface anti-adhesive layer.

● High strength, wide temperature range, excellent weather resistance, and self-adhesive properties;

● Strong adhesion to the substrate, easy and fast installation;

● Rubber-like elasticity with high elongation rate;

● Superior "self-sealing" performance: Limits leakage caused by membrane damage to localized areas, preventing overall failure of the waterproofing system;

● Self-healing capability: Automatically bonds with punctures or embedded objects, maintaining excellent waterproofing performance.

N Class: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm;
PY Class: 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm.

Type：
● Products are divided into non-base (N type) and polyester base (PY type) according to whether there is base reinforcement;

● N type is divided into polyethylene film (PE), polyester film (PET), and non-film double-sided self-adhesive (D) according to the upper surface material;

● PY type is divided into polyethylene film (PE), fine sand (S), and non-film double-sided self-adhesive (D) according to the upper surface material;

● Products are divided into TypeⅠ and Type Ⅱ according to performance. The PY type with a roll thickness of 2.0 mm only has TypeⅠ.
