Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Reactive Adhesive

The fiber-reinforced polymer reactive adhesive waterproofing membrane uses polymer materials as the carrier, is coated with self-adhesive modified asphalt on both sides. The lower surface is covered with a silicone release film or silicone release paper, and the upper surface is covered with a high-strength polypropylene non-woven fabric as the facing material. It is a reactive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane suitable for construction via the wet-laying method.

Product Features

Excellent bonding strength and high tear resistance;

The non-woven surface has good friction, and decoration work (such as pasting ceramic tiles, floor tiles, mosaics, or applying cement mortar) can be directly carried out after the product is installed;

Self-healing, no water channeling, and flexible water-proofing performance;

The material strongly penetrates the base layer, and the hydrophilic molecular segments achieve high-strength interlocking with the base layer.

Scope of Application

The fiber-reinforced polymer reactive adhesive is used in non-exposed waterproofing projects. It bonds to the concrete base layer with pure cement paste or cement mortar, and self-adhesive lapping is recommended between rolls.

Storage and Transportation

During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and must not be mixed.

Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, ensure good ventilation, and keep away from fire sources.

The storage temperature should not exceed 45℃. When the rolls are stored horizontally, the stacking height should not exceed five layers; when stored vertically, they should be stacked in a single layer.

During transportation, prevent tilting or lateral compression; cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
